Xbox Owners Can Now Claim Free PC Versions of 13 Ubisoft Games – Here’s How

Xbox owners who have digital console copies of 13 Ubisoft games can now access their PC versions through Ubisoft Connect at no additional cost — a welcome move that effectively gives players two copies for the price of one.

The new console-to-PC offer covers the following titles:

  • Assassin’s Creed Mirage

  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

  • Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

  • Far Cry 6

  • Immortals Fenyx Rising

  • Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

  • Riders Republic

  • Skull and Bones

  • The Crew 2

  • The Crew Motorfest

  • Rainbow Six Extraction

  • Rainbow Six Siege

  • Watch Dogs Legion

How It Works

Customers who purchase any of the eligible games digitally from July 27 onward will immediately receive access to both the Xbox console and PC versions. Existing digital owners will receive their corresponding PC copies through a gradual rollout scheduled to conclude by August 4.

Microsoft recommends updating Ubisoft Connect to its latest version before checking your library.

Important Details

The offer only works from Xbox console to PC — meaning players who already own a PC copy will not receive the Xbox console version for free. For most supported games, owned editions, season passes, and downloadable content will also transfer to PC without another purchase. However, consumable items such as premium currency and other single-use content are excluded. Games supporting cross-progression may still carry certain content and progression between platforms.

More Ubisoft Content on Xbox PC App

Alongside the offer, additional Ubisoft premium editions and add-ons have joined the Xbox PC app. The expanded catalogue includes content for Assassin’s Creed ShadowsStar Wars OutlawsRainbow Six SiegeSkull and BonesPrince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and several other Ubisoft franchises.

Final Word

It’s a rare win for players who’ve built libraries across both ecosystems — and a reminder that the lines between console and PC gaming continue to blur. If you own any of these titles on Xbox, now’s the time to check your Ubisoft Connect library and claim your free PC copy before the rollout wraps up.
